Yesterday we celebrated Independence Day, the 4th or July.

Becoming an independent country was important to our Founding Fathers. For a country to be great, it must be self-sufficient and self-sustaining, while pursuing a dream. To become an independent country required change. It was necessary for change of thinking followed by a change of behavior.

Every person needed to know their participation would make the difference. “We pledge our lives, our fortunes, our sacred honor.” A commitment to a vision is what makes the United States of America great. Once a commitment is made our behavior follows.
